At ACT 1st Federal Credit Union, we are doing our part to slow the spread of the coronavirus by closing our lobbies, effective November 20, 2020, at 5:00 pm, until further notice. Our office located at 204 South Lee Street, Cumberland, MD, will remain closed. We will continue to serve our members through the drive-thru lanes (regular drive-thru hours will be in effect), ATMs, and through our various online services, including Web Banking and our Mobile App allowing you to deposit your checks remotely.

ATTENTION: Beware of fake online payday lenders that ask you to enroll in online or mobile banking and then request your login credentials. Also, beware of fake lenders that ask you to send money.
ATTENTION: If you receive a phone message stating that your debit card has been shut down and are later prompted to enter your 16-digit card number, please DO NOT comply.
ATTENTION: View useful information offered by NCUA (new window) about preventing or reporting identity theft that may be perpetrated using fake contacts that appear to be IRS requests for taxpayer information.
ATTENTION: Under normal circumstances, collection calls come directly from an ACT 1st FCU employee or a SWBC representative.
ATTENTION: For your protection, all international debit card transactions are blocked. If you plan to travel outside the US, we can temporarily exempt your debit card from the rule. Thank you.
